SECAM ACTION PLAN ON MIGRATIONS
In follow-up of the recommendations and conclusions of the subsequent meetings between SECAM and ICMC (February 08), the Nairobi meeting organized by Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants Itinerant people (June 08) and the CCEE /SECAM meeting (October 08) the SECAM secretariat submits following action plan on Migration issues in Africa.
