The Symposium of Episcopal Conferences of Africa and Madagascar (SECAM) Secretariat is in the process of organising an official meeting between the SECAM Presidency and the Presidency or the Bureau (as it is officially known) of the Pan-African Parliament (PAP) to discuss the two institution’s collaborative efforts.
